11 Months Old

It is here...another month has passed and Little Miss turned 11 months old! Wow! So much going on, but life is good. :)

Audrey was visited by her two best buddies a few weeks ago. Aniston and Lance (and their sweet mommies) came over to our house for a play date. We had so much fun! I always love watching Audrey and Lance interact together. This was the first time they literally played and interacted with each other. They are both crawling, pulling up, eating foods, and speaking their cute jibberish. Aniston is 4 months younger than them, so she watched them play together. It won't be long before she joins in!

Audrey has four teeth. No new teeth this month! They are all fully grown in, but have they have light yellow spots on the them. I called my dentist and he had me bring her in just to take a peak. Apparently her enamel did not fully develop on her teeth where they are slightly yellow. It is not that noticeable, but it will be there until her teeth fall out in a few years. At least they are healthy! :) The hygienist gave her a pink balloon. She LOVES balloons!

Below, Audrey discovered the joy of opening and closing the kitchen cabinets. This was a few weeks ago. Now she likes to take stuff out of the cabinets. We just try and stay out of the kitchen!!

A couple of weeks ago, Aunt Kara Beth came to the Marriott for work. A few of her family members (cough, cough....me, Audrey, Nana, Aunt Kitty) got pool passes while she was there. We had a BLAST! The pool at the Marriott is amazing. You feel like you are on vacation and not in Florence, AL. The pool starts very shallow and gets deeper as you walk further into the water. This was perfect for Audrey to play in. She absolutely loved it! This was the first time she spent a large amount of time outside and in the water. She did not get sunburned or over heated, and she was on her best behavior. :) It was so fun!

While at the Marriott pool, Nana ordered lunch. She was holding Audrey as she ate, and Audrey quickly grabbed the lemon from her drink. She put in her mouth and didn't even make a face! She loved it! She is definitely her Mama's girl. I am a sour candy fanatic and ate sour candy just about every day I was pregnant with her. Maybe I had something to do with, maybe not. Either way, it's funny! I also got some sour straws the other day and Audrey was very interested in what I was eating. I put the straw in her mouth and let her get a taste of it. Her whole face shriveled up as she tried to comprehend what she just tasted. It was hilarious! She didn't bite it, just sort of sucked on it for a quick second. So funny!

Below, she is in her new float at Grandmommy's house. I wish I would have found this earlier in the summer! I have a little water bug on my hands. She, again, had a blast in the water. This float is perfect for her to play with her toys and swim in the pool.

She is trying to figure out what do to with the goggles. Hehe.

Bath time is always fun for Audrey. She gets frustrated though when you try and brush her teeth. Other than that, she loves it. Of course! I bought her some letters to play with this past month. Fun, fun!

 Oh me, super silly girl!

11 Month Birthday:

 Stay still, silly! :P

 I LOVE this smile!!!!

So much fun! She is just amazing. We are getting ready for her first birthday coming up! I am going all out for this one. Plans are in the making! Although she won't remember it, I will, and I want it to be the best party ever for my little girl!!

Lastly, I just want to document what she did today. On Sundays she only gets one nap because of church. We always go straight home after church and put her to bed. Today she was extra tired. I gave her her bottle and she fell asleep during her bottle, which never happens anymore. I took advantage of her sleeping in my arms and held her for a few minutes. Then I laid her down in her bed and gave Audrey her blanky. She smiled at me, rolled onto her tummy, looked up at me and said clearly, "Mama", and laid back down and went to sleep. Ohhhh my goodness melt my heart!!!!! She is the best thing ever!!! In love :) :) :).

Night night, Little Girl. Mommy loves you. Always. :)
