Goodbye 2013!

Recap of 2013

In January, I turned 26...and this year on my birthday I was pregnant! All I can remember is morning sickness and eating lots of candy. Our grocery bill was through the roof because of my cravings and trying to "tame" the nausea. Ha!!

Happy Birthday to mommy!

In February, we announced to all our friends that we were pregnant. This is the picture we used to tell friends and family.

 

We celebrated Easter and also found out we were having a BOY!

 Also last spring, Audrey transitioned to her new BIG GIRL BED!! She loved it and had no trouble at all sleeping in her bed. Such a big girl.

We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary and I was 28 weeks pregnant.

 Just for fun, here is a pic of me on our 2nd wedding anniversary and also 27 weeks pregnant with Audrey.

Baby Shower for Charlie!

Hanna was 23 weeks and I was 32 weeks....Cousins - Babies Sarah and Charlie!

40 weeks and 3 days...on our way to the hospital!

We welcomed our sweet Charlie! Born on August 23rd, and weighed 8 pounds, 8 ounces and was 20 3/4 in long

 

And four days later, our sweet Audrey celebrated her 3rd birthday!! We had a pink and purple birthday party the Saturday after her birthday, which made Charlie a whopping 8 days old. Whew! I absolutely could NOT have done that without all my family's help. Actually, I didn't do much at all. They were wonderful. A little pre-planning and party purchases before Charlie arrived was extremely helpful. Audrey requested the pink and purple party, which was extremely easy and inexpensive to prepare for. Andrew made her birthday cake.

We welcomed baby Sarah into the Denton/Lawrence family! We are so excited about having a new cousin in the family. She was born on October 21st.

We had an incredible year! It was definitely a challenging year, but a very blessed one to say the least. I have the best family and friends anyone could ask for. I am looking forward to 2014! Happy New Year!
