Snow Day!

We are so excited for our first snow day this winter! I think Andrew and I were more excited than Audrey. Her reaction was funny. She first said, "Where is the grass? I want there to be grass so I can play in it this summer." We finally got her excited to go play, and then she could not decide on what to wear. She wanted to wear a skirt. Girls. My goodness, we know where she gets that from. hehe.

Thankfully, Andrew bought her a pair of bibs earlier this winter when he took Audrey on a little mini-camping trip in his parents' backyard. She was ready for snow!!

She did not like the snow because it was too cold. Andrew sat her in a chair in his workshop and gave her a sleeping bag. She also had hot hands in her gloves. He made a fire for us, but Audrey was scared of it.

Charlie did great "playing" in the snow. ;) He was all bundled up and snugly, so much so that he had a hard time staying awake! He didn't mind it at all. 

I went and got Audrey's little car for her, mainly so I could take her picture. She was excited until she couldn't get it to move.

And this is the pout-y face she exhibited for the majority of the play time. Classic.

 

I guess we will see what tomorrow's weather will look like for us here in North Alabama. Either way, I don't think we will be getting out in the snow! (Unless my prissy little princess has a change of heart. Ha.)
