Orange Beach: DAY 3

Day 3

We spent the morning on the beach with my parents. Audrey did much better today at the beach. She had Mimi to play with the whole time, so that definitely made it easier on me and Andrew. :P She is really starting to like playing in the sand. As long as she has her water shoes on she is happy. Today the wind was constant, so it was perfect weather. The water was a little rough so we did not get in it much. Also, today our shoreline was like a drop-off from the sand to where the water meet. You couldn't just walk to the water without jumping off of the sand. Maybe it will get better in a few days.

Audrey's nose has been super runny since we have been here. Not sure why, I guess she may have some sort of allergy down here? We feel so sorry for her. She is a trooper!

This afternoon we went to my cousin's wedding in Bon Secour, AL. (Foley). It was located at the Swift-Cole's Historic Home. So beautiful!! We made several great pictures. It was so good to see my family too. We usually all get together at Thanksgiving every year, but even then we don't always get to see everyone. We had a few family members missing, but still had a good time today. Clark and Amanda looked amazing. I loved Amanda's dress. She got it from a vintage bridal shop in Mobile and they tailored it to the style and fit that she wanted. Congratulations, Clark and Amanda!

Andrew and Audrey left the wedding a little early so Audrey could get in bed. My parents brought me back to my condo. Andrew told us of a "short-cut" that he took on the way home, so we decided to go that way too. Apparently I wasn't paying attention and we completely missed a turn. We went an extra 20 minutes out of the way. To say my dad was irritated is probably an understatement. HAHA! We can all laugh about it now. ;)

Fun day! Looking forward to another day of vacation tomorrow! This place is awesome.
